Who would have imagined where we are today just a month ago? The pandemic that has impacted the world has now hit all 50 of the United States. The president has called on all Americans to keep any and all gatherings to 10 people or less. The schools are closed, restaurants have no sit-down service, and the situation changes daily. The impact on our economy has been severe.

A month ago, the spring housing market was off to a great start thanks to the mild winter we’ve experienced in New England. Now people are not sure what to do. The reality is that some people need to sell and other people need to buy even during this time of uncertainty. We are working on ways and strategies that will allow us to service our clients in the safest way possible during these and upcoming days.
